Mediumship inherently runs in my family! Several family members have been Registered Lily Dale Mediums like myself. I’ve had the opportunity to study with many wonderful mediums. I am a Registered Medium with the Arthur Ford International Academy of Mediumship.

Like Mediumship, Reiki also runs in my family! I am a second generation Reiki Master Teacher. My lovely mother Rev. Jan Cooke is 8th in the Dr. Usui lineage of teachers.

I completed the NSAC MPI Pastoral Skills studies. After many years of study I became an Ordained Spiritual and Interfaith Minister .

Serving Lily Dale Assembly, Church of the Living Spirit and Universal Unity of Spirit among others as a medium, healer, prayer chaplain, inspirational speaker, workshop presenter, and chairperson is my passion.

I am a Certified Healer with the Church of the Living Spirit and serve the Healing Temple in Lily Dale. Currently I am on the Board of Directors of UUS. I facilitate Sacred Ceremonies, meditation and development circles and continue with Ministerial and Spiritual studies as well as Native American Teachings.

Balancing our mental, emotional, spiritual & physical bodies is extremely important! Balance brings harmony, health and happiness to our lives!

I’m a RYT 200, Yoga Siromani from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram, NETA Certified; Yoga, Practical Yoga for Personal Trainers, Pilates, Stability Ball and Group Fitness Instructor. I hold certifications from the Academy of Holistic Fitness in Holistic Fitness and Enlighten Your Body.

Travelling and facilitating Spiritual Retreats are at the top of my list too! 🙂
